Demographic Info

The interactive charts help to visualize the different bacteria collected from the volunteers. To start the analysis, use the drop-down menu to select a volunteer's ID number. After selecting an ID number, the bar chart will automatically update and show data from the 'Top 10 Bacteria Cultures'. The bacterias are found by their Operational Taxonomic Unit (OTU). The gauge chart shows the washing frequency of a volunteer’s belly button giving the number of scrubs per week. The size of bubbles in the bubble chart shows the bacteria sample’s concentration and biodiversity of the bacteria. Hovering the cursor over the bars in the bar chart and the bubbles in the bubble chart will showcase the bacteria’s information.
